What this website is for

This website tells you about Itinerai by T&G, the private trips to Egypt we design and organise, and gives our clients access to their own private trip page.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. The client area is personal: each client receives their own username and password, and they should not be shared.

Content and photos

The texts, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Itinerai by T&G or are used with permission. Please ask us before reusing them.

Accuracy and links

We keep the information up to date, but some details are only a guide and can change, such as typical temperatures or the dates of events and festivals. We always confirm the details of your trip in your proposal. This site links to other services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps), which have their own terms.

Applicable law

This website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute can be heard by the courts of your place of residence.

What data we use

What you send us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, how to reach you, your travel dates, who is travelling and what you would like to do. If you book with us, we also use the details needed to arrange the trip, such as the travellers' names, flights, accommodation and, when a booking requires it, passport details.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare your proposal.
• To book and organise your trip, and look after you while you travel.
• To give you access to your private trip page.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us, and the steps needed to prepare and carry out your trip at your request (articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Who we share it with

Only with the people and companies needed for your trip: hotels, Nile cruises, guides, drivers and airlines, most of them in Egypt. Sending these details outside the European Economic Area is necessary to carry out the trip you have asked for (article 49.1.b of the GDPR). We talk to you through WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google), which process data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer you and organise your trip, and afterwards only for the periods the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or limit how we use it, or ask for a copy, by writing to hello@itinerai.co. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Your trip page

Your trip details are stored encrypted and only open with your username and password, on your own device. You can sign out at any time.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site only keeps a few technical details in your browser so that it works: your client area session, and small things such as your packing list or the word cards you have learned. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings, or by signing out.
